With 17 manufacturing facilities across the U.S., this role also provides strong visibility and a proven path to future growth into Area Manager, Superintendent, Plant Manager, and other senior operations roles. As a floater, you will rotate across shifts, lines, or departments to provide coverage, stabilize teams, and lead through change—whether that’s covering vacancies, supporting new launches, or stepping in during peak demand.
