Assists with repairs of mechanical equipment including heating, ventilation, air conditioning equipment, fan coils, chiller and boiler preventive maintenance, pumps, water softener systems, cooling towers, energy management systems, and electrical, including wiring motors and motor controls. Must be knowledgeable in seam repair, patch repair, rest retching, glue down, tack strip, measurement and estimating of carpet and padding yardage, and installation of padding, edging, banding, and base cove.
