How You'll Make an Impact + Guide customers through questions, concerns, or challenges they encounter while using the product or service + Listen actively to understand the root of the issue and provide clear, effective solutions + Record detailed call information for auditing, reporting, and follow-up purposes + Maintain and update customer records to ensure accurate and current information + Identify opportunities to introduce customers to new or enhanced services that meet their needs + Provide recommendations and guidance in a way that adds value and enhances the overall customer experience + Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems What'll Set You Up for Success Required: + Financial experience is preferred + Overnight availability required + High school diploma or GED + Must live within 25 miles from 1650 S. Research Loop Tucson, AZ + Strong computer navigational skills + Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) + Excellent oral and written communication skills + Exceptional listening/comprehension skills + Professional and Courteous + 6 months of customer service experience preferred For Internal Candidates: + Must not be on any corrective action or performance plans + Must have held your current position for 6 + months + Must have relevant industry/program experience Location Note : We're currently hiring for this position in Tucson, Arizona. Role and Responsibilities: </div><ul><li>The PCLAN technician role within ADOT’s (Arizona Department of Transportation) is the face of ITG (Information Technology Group) These technicians are out with internal customers on a daily basis resolving issues and working as a liaison to other divisions within ADOT. </li><li>Must have a current AZ Driver’s license with a good driving record - 39 month review will be conducted. </li><li>This is NOT a remote or telecommuting position. Successful candidate must report to the Duty Post every morning at 8:00 am. </li><li>Must be able to achieve an ACJIS Certification and pass an Arizona Criminal Justice Investigation with fingerprint and Criminal background check. </li><li>Position requires ACJIS Certification (Arizona Criminal Justice Information System) is provided by ADOT and is the full background check with fingerprinting, then the candidate is required to pass a written test in order to work on our ADOT Enforcement Officers (our ADOT Police for the Public) devices.</li><li>Position will require extensive daily travel. </li><li>Resources will need to have the ability to drive to various locations throughout Central Arizona as needed using ADOT Vehicle.
