<h3>Quick Details</h3><ul><li>Pay: 20.00/hour</li><li>Shift: Overnight (Schedule flexibility required)</li><li>Location: Gravette, AR (100% Onsite)</li></ul><h3>Role Overview</h3>As a Command Center Support Technician, you will provide real-time inbound phone support to field technicians. You will monitor site progress, troubleshoot technical issues, document site data, and escalate critical issues to ensure seamless deployment operations.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Technical Support: Answer inbound calls from field technicians to resolve setup and network issues.</li><li>Troubleshooting & Escalation: Research and resolve technical problems using internal databases; escalate high-priority issues to Project Managers and the PMO.</li><li>Data Logging: Continuously track site progress, updates, and problem documentation in the R&R web portal.</li><li>Monitoring: Track technician time on-site and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience: 2+ years of Help Desk, Technical Support, or Call Center experience.</li><li>Network Skills: Solid understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 network communications.</li><li>Technical Systems: Practical knowledge of POS systems and proficiency with MS Operating Systems.</li><li>Linux: Hands-on experience with Linux command line and remote Linux administration.</li><li>Education: High school diploma or GED.</li></ul><h3>Work Environment</h3><ul><li>Sedentary office environment requiring extended periods of sitting, computer use, and phone communication.
