When you're the senior leader on site and running shift, you'lldrive execution and make key decisions to keep everything running seamlessly. </p></div><div><p/><p><b><u>What You'll Do:</u></b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive customer interactions.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Ensure smooth coordination between Associates, customers, and orders to deliver efficient and effective food and beverage service.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to Associates, driving productivity and performance.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Enforce safety, security, and store policies, including crisis management protocols.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures.</p></li></ul></div><div><p/><p><b><u>Benefits</u>:</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>We are committed to offering inclusive, meaningful benefits and rewards that support our Associates financially, physically, and emotionally.  At Wawa, extensive benefits are available to Wawa Associates.  These include medical, dental, vision and mental health benefits, ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan), 401(k) + matching, Education Assistance Program, store discounts, paid time off, paid parental leave and access to additional benefit and wellness programs.  </p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Eligibility for Wawa Benefits is defined under the terms of the plan(s)</p></li></ul></div><div></div><div><p/><p><b><u>Qualifications:</u></b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>High School Diploma or GED equivalent</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries is a plus</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and build relationships</p></li></ul></div></div><p/><p><b>Associates in this position have an exciting opportunity to opt into a 4-day work week, providing more time to balance what matters outside of work.</b></p><p>The hourly range for this position is $19.00 - $25.65 and is commensurate with position, experience, and location.
