This position provides supervision and support to residents at their assigned location as part of the 24-hour direct care staff team in six residential programs. Compensation: $25.00 per hour Work Schedule: Monday though Sunday, overnights MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or Human Service field, and two years direct care experience in Human Services preferred; or equivalent employment experience may be considered</li><li>Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record</li></ul>Essential Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>*Provides supervision and support for program participants as a part of residential program staffing for 24 hour per day, 7 day per week schedule. </li><li>*Responds to all crisis calls, assesses situation, gathers information and provides appropriate and accurate referrals and information, maintaining strict confidentiality. </li><li>*Assist with meeting basic needs in several residential programs; including assistance with developing and revising an ongoing safety plan, and connecting to medical, therapeutic, or other provides as identified through the intake and assessment process.  </li><li>*Provide client transportation in personal and agency vehicles. </li><li>*Follow program policies and procedures; including agency protocols related to medication administration. </li><li> *Documents client activity, progress and needs per established record keeping procedures. </li><li> *Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of facility, including monitoring residents’ activities. </li><li> Works as a team member with other program staff to provide trauma-informed care to clients. </li><li> *Always displays a courteous and caring attitude to the clientele, volunteers, and visitors of the Agency. </li><li> *Is dependable and punctual regarding scheduling and attendance. </li><li>Able to work independently with little supervision. </li><li>*Agree to work in at least two different programs for a minimum of three shifts per month.</li><li>Maintains required records and statistical information. </li><li> *Strives to make connections between the agency and the larger community whenever possible to contribute to the agency’s ongoing fundraising and friend-raising efforts. </li><li>*Creates, maintains, and shares an appropriate and dynamic self-care plan.</li><li>*Essential functions of this job is to be performed on company physical work site.</li><li> Performs other program related duties as assigned. </li></ul>*DENOTES ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
