What You'll Be Doing: • Monitor youth throughout the night to maintain safety and security • Remain alert, circulate regularly, and respond to any incidents • Report safety concerns or behavior issues promptly • Record overnight activity and maintain communication with team • Attend required meetings and training sessions • Assist youth when medical or physical needs arise • Transport youth as needed using a Boys Town vehicle. Who We're Looking For: • High school diploma or equivalent • At least 21 years old with a valid drivers license and good driving record • Strong communication and observation skills • Comfortable working overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays • Prior experience with youth or in residential care is a plus • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
