Overview:
<p style="margin:0px">Stock Clerks provide counter service to RGRTA employees to issue parts that are currently in inventory. The Stock Clerk will also perform various inventory control support functions such as: cycle counts, data entry in inventory systems, and stocking shelves.<br/><br/>This is an hourly position and the rate of pay will be $18.50 to $21.50 per hour. </p>

Responsibilities:
<p style="margin:0px"><strong>Provide quality customer service to include but not limited to the following:</strong></p><ul><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Meet and greet customers</li><li>Review supplied requisition forms to ensure they are properly completed (Signatures, timestamps, part numbers, descriptions and quantities)</li><li>Pull inventory from shelves and issue to RGRTA personnel</li><li>Inform customers when requested parts are available</li></ul><p style="margin:0px"> </p><p style="margin:0px"><strong>Inventory Management Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Generating Sales Orders for parts issued</li><li>Performing weekly inventory cycle counts</li><li>Restocking shelves</li></ul><p style="margin:0px"> </p><p style="margin:0px"><strong>Other Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Follow established guidelines for vehicle and equipment maintenance  </li><li>Provide 24 hour support at the RGRTA location during emergencies</li><li>Travel to vendor locations to pickup parts</li><li>Assist with inventory research projects as requested</li><li>Adhere to required procedures</li><li>Assist with Store Manager duties as assigned</li><li>Assist in generating invoices for customer requisitions in the inventory system</li><li>Assist in entry of vendor receiving documents in the inventory system</li><li>Assist in performing counts during Wall to Wall inventories at site</li></ul><p style="margin:0px"><strong> </strong></p>

Qualifications:
