Their responsibilities include overseeing aspects of dispatching, warehouse operations, and providing excellent customer service to our customers. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments. </li><li>Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels. </li><li>Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy. </li><li>Notifying clients well in advance of potential late deliveries. </li><li>Making special shipping arrangements as necessary. </li><li>Building routes and reoccurring orders in TMS. </li><li>Tracking and fixing shipping errors. </li><li>Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards. </li><li>Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized. </li><li>Monitoring driver electronic logs, driver scorecards, and E-log hardware. </li><li>Covering routes if needed. </li><li>Other responsibilities as assigned by management. </li></ul>Schedule (Overnight Shift): Monday: As Needed Tuesday: 11:00 PM 8:00 AM Wednesday: 11:00 PM 8:00 AM Thursday: 11:00 PM 8:00 AM Friday: 11:00 PM 8:00 AM Saturday: 11:00 PM 8:00 AM Sunday: As Needed Please note that these hours are subject to change based on business needs. Flexibility in availability is essential, as adjustments may be required to meet operational demands. Further details will be discussed during the interviewing process.
