Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED • 1-2+ years of retail operations or stockroom experience, with prior lead or supervisory experience preferred • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills • Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced, overnight environment • Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members and leadership • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds • Ability to stand for long periods, read computer terminals, push, pull, or move objects of at least 25 pounds • Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, including repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing • Ability to work an overnight shift from 9:30PM-6:30AM/10PM-7AM that meets the business needs, including weekends and holidays.
