Here's what we can provide + $22.25/hr base pay + $2.00/hr shift differential ($24.25/hr effective starting pay) + $5,000 sign-on bonus + Full benefits package from day one + 401K Match Up To 6% + Rotating 12-hour night shift 445 PM – 515 AM What You'll Do As a Packaging Operator, you’ll + Stage and blend ingredients, package products, and clean blending and packaging equipment during scheduled cleaning periods + Perform daily setup, cleaning, and operation of powders, cultures, and liquid packaging equipment + Conduct daily HACCP checks for packaging equipment (screen checks, metal detector, tool checklist) and understand the importance of these checks + Issue and receipt materials in SAP; accurately enter data and follow work instructions + Wash and clean equipment per sanitation manual; follow GMP program and rules + Operate forklift per training procedures + Work closely with production personnel and support a safe, efficient operation What You'll Need To Succeed Education High school graduate or equivalent required Experience Manufacturing or maintenance experience preferred Skills Ability to work alone and in close cooperation with production personnel; capable of solving complex problems independently or with others ​Kerry is an equal opportunity employer.
