Knowledge of toy manufacturing processes including injection molding, rotational molding, blow molding, all decoration processes (spray masks, tampo printing, silk screening), assembly, packing, and shipping. To ensure success as a Product & Packaging Designer, the ideal candidate will have strong sketching and presentation skills, knowledge of toy development and manufacturing processes, and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
