As Cresco grows, we will operate with the same level of professionalism and precision in each new market we move in to.</p></div><p><strong>SCHEDULE</strong></p><p>Tuesday to Friday, 1:30pm - 12:00am</p><p><strong>CORE JOB DUTIES </strong></p><ul><li>Executing tasks assigned by department leadership.</li><li>Measuring, packaging, and labeling products </li><li>Compares product with product standards to ensure quality.</li><li>Maintaining a sanitary work environment</li><li>Safely transport products from workspace to storage area</li><li>Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance</li></ul><p><strong>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS  </strong></p><ul><li>1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards, preferred.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure</li><li>Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner</li><li>Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment</li><li>Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus</li><li>Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.</li><li>Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.</li><li>Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.</li></ul><p><strong>BENEFITS</strong></p><p>Cresco Labs is proud to offer eligible employees a robust offering of benefits including, major medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(K)-match program, FSA/HSA programs, LTD/STD options, life insurance and AD&D.  We also offer eligible employees paid holidays and paid time off.  Other rewards may include annual discretionary bonuses, stock options as well as participation in our employee discount program.
