The Warehouse Operations Associate will be responsible for a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving, inspection, shipping, inventory control, and workplace organization. This role supports key operations to ensure timely and accurate movement of materials and tools through the repair process.

Job Title: Warehouse Operations Associate Location: Edmonton AB T5S 2W2 Pay Rate: $21.00/hr. On W2 Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Duration: 3 Months Job Summary: The Warehouse Operations Associate will be responsible for a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving, inspection, shipping, inventory control, and workplace organization. This role supports key operations to ensure timely and accurate movement of materials and tools through the repair process. Key Responsibilities: Receiving & Inspection:<ul><li> Unpack incoming customer shipments and prepare tools for the next stage in the repair process.</li><li> Accurately, log received items using the SAP system (training provided).</li></ul> Shipping & Fulfillment:<ul><li> Prepare and package outbound shipments, ensuring proper documentation and labeling.</li><li> Complete Hazmat paperwork for applicable shipments (UPS / FedEx / LTL).</li></ul> Inventory & Material Handling:<ul><li> Assist in warehousing and inventory control of spare parts and packaging materials.</li><li> Organize and replenish packaging supplies to ensure availability and accessibility.</li></ul> Workplace Organization & Safety:<ul><li> Maintain a clean and orderly work environment in accordance with 5S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).</li><li> Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement using LEAN practices.</li></ul> Team Collaboration & Performance:<ul><li> Support team goals by completing tasks efficiently and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).</li><li> Participate in cross-functional tasks and other duties as assigned.</li></ul> Working Conditions:<ul><li> Temperature-controlled warehouse (heat and air conditioning).</li><li> Workshop environment is subject to noise, dust, and other particles.</li></ul> Safety Equipment Required:<ul><li> Must observe and abide by all safety regulations as required by Hilti and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).</li><li> Proper labeling and handling of hazardous materials per Hilti and OSHA policy.</li><li> Must wear steel toe boots, safety glasses, gloves, and other safety equipment as required when working in the warehouse and/or operating machinery.</li></ul> Physical Requirements:<ul><li> Regular heavy lifting of 50+ lbs.</li><li> Occasional heavy lifting up to 75 lbs. required.</li><li> Warehouse material handling equipment and truck loading/unloading.</li><li> Must be able to tolerate prolonged standing, repetitive bending and reaching, and climbing up and down ladders.</li></ul> Required Skills:<ul><li> Comfortable using computers and software tools.</li><li> Excellent attention to detail.</li><li> Power equipment skills like pallet jack.</li><li> Effective oral communication skills.</li><li> Ability to work in a team environment and maintain self-responsibility.</li><li> Ability to stay committed, maintain integrity, and practice innovation.</li><li> Ability to maintain a high sense of urgency.</li></ul> Education: High School Diploma or GED, preferred #TB_EN
