SUMMARYWe are seeking a driven Packaging Sales Representative to lead growth across the South Texas market. You will have the autonomy to build a book of business while delivering custom corrugated and packaging solutions to a diverse client baseRESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Own and grow the South TX territory through aggressive prospecting and relationship development across manufacturing, logistics, and distribution clients</li><li>Sell custom corrugated boxes and packaging solutions tailored to customer specifications, operations, and cost objectives</li><li>Drive new business while expanding existing accounts within the Dallas and surrounding area.</li><li>Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, needs assessment, quoting, closing, and account management</li><li>Partner closely with internal production and design teams to deliver custom, cost-effective packaging solutions</li><li>Conduct in-person client visits throughout the surrounding areas to strengthen relationships and close business</li><li>Prepare RFQs/RFPs, pricing strategies, and product recommendations aligned with customer needs</li><li>Maintain a strong pipeline and accurately forecast sales activity using CRM tools</li><li>Stay connected to local market trends, key industries (energy, food & beverage, industrial manufacturing), and competitive landscape</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>3+ years of packaging sales experience (corrugated highly preferred)</li><li>Proven success selling into the South Texas market and developing new business</li><li>Strong understanding of custom packaging solutions vs. commodity sales</li><li>Established network within manufacturing, distribution, or industrial sectors is a major plus</li><li>Ability to manage a territory independently with a hunter-driven mindset</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills</li><li>Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred</li></ul>

Job Type: Full-time 
Pay Rate: Starting $12 per hour Job description:  Manages the daily flow of goods in and out of a business. Responsible for processing incoming deliveries, verifying contents against purchase orders, preparing and packaging outgoing shipments, and meticulously tracking inventory to ensure accuracy and supply chain efficiency.  <ul><li>Receiving: Unload, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies. Verify items against packing slips, invoices, or purchase orders. 
	</li><li>Shipping: Prepare outgoing orders by packing, sealing, and labeling materials according to company standards and carrier regulations. Generate necessary shipping documents like bills of lading (BOLs) and manifests. 
	</li><li>Inventory Management: Update Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track incoming and outgoing stock. Reconcile physical inventory counts with system records to prevent shortages or overstocking. 
	</li><li>Logistics & Coordination: Schedule carrier pickups, coordinate with freight companies, and route materials to the appropriate internal departments.
	</li><li>Safety & Compliance: Operate material handling equipment (such as forklifts or pallet jacks) safely. Maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

<ul><li>Education: A high school diploma or GED is generally required. Coursework in supply chain or logistics is a plus. 
	</li><li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer software (Excel, Google Workspace) and familiarity with digital inventory management software. Experience using Radio Frequency (RF) scanners is often preferred. 
	</li><li>Physical Abilities: Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and move heavy packages (often up to 50 lbs or more) frequently throughout the day.
	</li><li>Soft Skills: High attention to detail, excellent time management, and strong communication skills for interacting with carriers and internal staff.
