As a Packaging & Production Helper, you'll play a vital role in ensuring high-quality bread and roll production. You will work closely with our bakery team to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently, contributing to a lively and fast-paced environment where every day brings new opportunities. What You'll Do As a PT Bread Packaging and Production Helper, you will be responsible for: 
 Packaging bread and rolls individually or in groups 
 Properly bag, label, and tag products for distribution 
 Performing quality control checks to ensure product quality and accuracy 
 Maintaining organization of trays, packaging materials, and work stations 
 Loading and moving bakery racks throughout the shift 
 Assisting with machine setup and other packaging processes 
 Supporting additional bakery tasks, such as forming rolls, oiling pans, and stretching dough 
 Helping with general production support to keep things running smoothly during busy periods What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: 
 A High School Diploma or equivalent 
 Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail 
 Excellent ability to work well under pressure 
 A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset 
 Willingness to cross-train and assist in various areas of bakery production 
 Ability to stand, bend, and reach repeatedly throughout the shift 
 Physical strength to move and load trays and racks during busy periods
