Additionally, the warehouse clerk will be responsible for assigning work to warehouse employees, tracking key metrics, and assisting with billing. In this role, the incumbent will assume responsibility for the quality standards and customer service of all visitors to the facility. The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for all administrative tasks to support receiving, warehouse operations, shipping, and billing. Warehouse Clerk Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Accurately sign in inbound trailers. Review the manifest and trailer numbers against the driver sign-in.</li><li>Review outbound paperwork and assign outbound loads to the appropriate dock.</li><li>Accurately prepare all paperwork for inbound and outbound loads.</li><li>Communicate task assignments to warehouse workers if needed</li><li>Support accounts receivable to accurately invoice customers for services provided</li><li>Exhibit a high level of customer focus, planning, time management, problem-solving, and provide timely communications and organizational skills to support departmental operations. </li><li>Maintain qualification to perform duties within warehouse operations, including operating forklifts, performing packaging, and office duties as required. Utilize skills to support execution regularly, dedicating up to 10% of weekly hours towards executing productive tasks to maintain skills and help support the team</li></ul><h3> </h3>Warehouse Clerk Requirements: <ul><li>Education and Experience • High School Diploma or GED preferred. </li><li>1-2 years in a warehouse environment preferred. </li><li>Must be able to read, write, and speak English. </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, including problem-solving, active listening, and conflict management.</li><li>Flexible availability </li><li>Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a variety of workgroups.</li><li>Superior verbal and written communication, data analysis techniques, and supply chain interpretation.</li></ul> PIa30061a226cd-25401-40711243

Responsibilities:
Packaging Machine Operator Waterford Plant 821 Route 97 South Waterford, Pennsylvania 16441 We have 4 positions avaiable and 2 shifts to choose from. Afternoons 2:45 p-11p (Mon- Friday base schedule; must be available for OT (Sat & Sun):  1 PositionNights 10:45p-7 a (Sunday-Friday base schedule; must be available for OT (Fri & Sat):  3 Positions There is a $2.00 per hour shift differential when working afternoons and nights. Dedication, Dependability, and a Willingness to learn are a must. The PMO will be responsible for running, changing over, efficiency and quality of 3-5 packaging machines. They will have responsibility of communicating changes and plans to Team Member’s in immediate area and supervision. There will be a required set of tasks to be performed on a computer at specific times throughout the shift. As a PMO, job duties include but are not limited to the set up and operation of packaging equipment, following precise recipes and work procedures, monitoring and adjusting variables and performing product quality tests and data collection. Extruded Processor must also be able to react to direction from quality assurance and management personnel. PMO’s will be exposed to allergens, chemicals, extreme equipment and temperatures. They will be expected to multi-task and prioritize throughout the day. Job duties also include use of hand tools.

Qualifications:
What you Bring to the Table: Leadership – The PMO will set the example for the line, as such they will need to follow all policies/procedures set forth by Shearers Foods LLC. The PMO must have the ability to work well with others. Must demonstrate Shearer's Core Values of Respect, Teamwork, and Giving Back. Troubleshooting Skills – Must have ability to work through problems to find root causes and address issues for Mechanical and Automation Equipment.  2-5 years machine operator or maintenance apprentice experience preferred. Computer Skills - Must have basic computer skills required to run production. Verifications on computer will be done routinely throughout the day. Time Management – Will have to effectively manage his/her own time. Quality verifications will be performed at specific intervals throughout the day. The PMO is responsible for completing changeovers in allotted time as well as planning his/her breaks around lulls in activity. Flexibility – The PMO may need to be flexible for the training period and be available for pre-shift meetings when applicable. Must be able to work weekends and overtime when needed. Physical Demands – The PMO must be able to move, twist, or lift up to 60lbs and team lift 75 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus. <h5>Shipping And Receiving Associate </h5>The Shipping And Receiving Associate plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of our manufacturing company by managing incoming and outgoing shipments. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory control, proper handling and packaging of materials, and timely delivery of products to customers and vendors. <h5>Key Responsibilities </h5><ul><li>Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips or purchase orders, and accurately record received quantities in the inventory management system. </li><li>Prepare outgoing shipments by packing items securely, labeling packages with shipping information, and arranging for carrier pickup or drop-off. </li><li>Inspect received and outgoing shipments for damages, discrepancies, or defects, and report any issues to the appropriate personnel. </li><li>Maintain organized and clean shipping and receiving areas, including storage racks, shelves, and loading docks. </li><li>Collaborate with other departments, such as production, purchasing, and customer service, to coordinate shipping and receiving activities and resolve any related issues. </li><li>Assist in the periodic inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure accurate inventory records. </li><li>Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, safely and according to company procedures. </li><li>Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while handling materials and operating equipment. </li><li>Keep abreast of shipping regulations, including hazardous materials handling and international shipping requirements, and ensure compliance. </li><li>Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including timely response to inquiries and resolving shipping-related issues. </li></ul><h5>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities </h5><ul><li>Proven experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations within a manufacturing or distribution environment. </li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment. </li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy in recording inventory transactions and inspecting shipments. </li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, customers, and vendors. </li><li>Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook). </li><li>Ability to safely operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, and willingness to obtain necessary certifications. </li><li>Knowledge of shipping regulations, including hazardous materials handling and international shipping requirements, preferred. </li><li>Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods. </li><li>Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed. </li></ul><h5>Working Conditions </h5><ul><li>This position primarily operates in a warehouse environment, with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels. </li><li>May be required to work evenings, weekends, or overtime during peak periods. </li><li>Must adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment when handling materials or operating equipment. </li></ul>ISM is more than a workplace — it's a place to thrive.
