The Warehouse Operations Associate will be responsible for a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving, inspection, shipping, inventory control, and workplace organization. This role supports key operations to ensure timely and accurate movement of materials and tools through the repair process.

Job Title: Warehouse Operations Associate Location: Edmonton AB T5S 2W2 Pay Rate: $21.00/hr. On W2 Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Duration: 3 Months Job Summary: The Warehouse Operations Associate will be responsible for a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving, inspection, shipping, inventory control, and workplace organization. This role supports key operations to ensure timely and accurate movement of materials and tools through the repair process. Key Responsibilities: Receiving & Inspection:<ul><li> Unpack incoming customer shipments and prepare tools for the next stage in the repair process.</li><li> Accurately, log received items using the SAP system (training provided).</li></ul> Shipping & Fulfillment:<ul><li> Prepare and package outbound shipments, ensuring proper documentation and labeling.</li><li> Complete Hazmat paperwork for applicable shipments (UPS / FedEx / LTL).</li></ul> Inventory & Material Handling:<ul><li> Assist in warehousing and inventory control of spare parts and packaging materials.</li><li> Organize and replenish packaging supplies to ensure availability and accessibility.</li></ul> Workplace Organization & Safety:<ul><li> Maintain a clean and orderly work environment in accordance with 5S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).</li><li> Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement using LEAN practices.</li></ul> Team Collaboration & Performance:<ul><li> Support team goals by completing tasks efficiently and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).</li><li> Participate in cross-functional tasks and other duties as assigned.</li></ul> Working Conditions:<ul><li> Temperature-controlled warehouse (heat and air conditioning).</li><li> Workshop environment is subject to noise, dust, and other particles.</li></ul> Safety Equipment Required:<ul><li> Must observe and abide by all safety regulations as required by Hilti and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).</li><li> Proper labeling and handling of hazardous materials per Hilti and OSHA policy.</li><li> Must wear steel toe boots, safety glasses, gloves, and other safety equipment as required when working in the warehouse and/or operating machinery.</li></ul> Physical Requirements:<ul><li> Regular heavy lifting of 50+ lbs.</li><li> Occasional heavy lifting up to 75 lbs. required.</li><li> Warehouse material handling equipment and truck loading/unloading.</li><li> Must be able to tolerate prolonged standing, repetitive bending and reaching, and climbing up and down ladders.</li></ul> Required Skills:<ul><li> Comfortable using computers and software tools.</li><li> Excellent attention to detail.</li><li> Power equipment skills like pallet jack.</li><li> Effective oral communication skills.</li><li> Ability to work in a team environment and maintain self-responsibility.</li><li> Ability to stay committed, maintain integrity, and practice innovation.</li><li> Ability to maintain a high sense of urgency.</li></ul> Education: High School Diploma or GED, preferred #TB_EN

Overview:
Production Supervisor – Second Shift – Packaging Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM The Production Supervisor plays a key role at Marzetti , leading teams in the safe and efficient production of high quality food sauces. Qualifications:

Overview:
Shift: Monday - Thursday 8 pm - 6:30 am Receives, ships, transfers and stores raw materials, packaging materials and finished products and other material in a safe and organized manner using powered industrial trucks.  Maintains the quality of perishable items and inventories of all warehouse goods.  Supplies packaging and processing areas with supplies as needed to ensure continuous production. 

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Receives materials from vendor(s) and/or warehouse(s) and places to stock by forklift.  Verifies lot and quantity. </li><li>Signs papers indicating correct quantities or weight per load. </li><li>Moves pallets of ingredients and materials to filling lines, warehouse locations, spice room and/or moves full pallets of finished product to storage or warehouse(s). </li><li>Loads orders to be shipped from receiving dock. </li><li>Consolidate required quantity of material, ingredients, or product into specified order lots. </li><li>May require operation of forklift, high lift, order picker, pallet jacks, etc… </li><li>Completes safety check on equipment prior to usage including, but not limited to, battery, brakes, lift controls, and all safety devices. </li><li>Performs warehouse cleaning duties including keeping work area neat and orderly at all times. </li><li>Rotates and clean up spice racks and ingredients cooler. </li><li>Receives verbal and/or written instructions from Supervisor. </li><li>Ensures receipt of raw materials, packaging materials and finished products according to company procedures. </li><li>Replenishes supplies of packaging and raw materials to production areas as needed. </li><li>Unloads inbound materials and inspects containers for damage. </li><li>Inspects, operates and maintains power lifting equipment. </li><li>Returns production materials to appropriate warehouse racks after use. </li><li>Wraps and prepares finished product pallets for shipping. </li><li>Maintains company standards for cleanliness, food and equipment safety and productivity in the production area. </li><li>Rotates raw and packaging materials upon receipt and when returning to storage after use. </li><li>Ensures all raw materials containers are proplerly labeled. </li><li>Identifies products to be shipped, verifies label and codes, loads appropriate amount onto trucks to be shipped. </li><li>Enters information for inventory of products corresponding to amount received and shipped. </li><li>Ensures compliance to quality, food safety, 5S, OSHA and HACCP support programs; assures conformity to all company, customer and government standards. </li><li>Transports waste to waste collection area </li><li>Load empty drums as required. </li><li>Empty parking lot trash cans. </li><li>Perform all other duties as required, assigned or directed by Supervisor. </li></ul>

Qualifications:
1-3 years of forklift experience in an industrial manufacturing environment. Food manufacturing is a plus!High School Diploma preferred

Working Conditions/Environment:
The production environment is loud and associates are required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment. Associates may be exposed to dust, chemicals, and allergens. The associate is required to sit, stand, bend, lift in excess of 50lbs.
