Our operations run 24/5, focused on SQQ — Safety, Quality, Quantity.We are expanding and building a pool of production candidates to support our growing production floor.Position SummaryWe are seeking reliable, fast-paced, and detail-oriented Production Team Members to support all stages of gummy manufacturing. Assisting with other warehouse tasks as needed, such greeting customers when they arrive to pick up orders, making sure they have received all items on the order. Computer Skills: Ability to use computer systems for inventory management and order fulfillment.

Warehouse Associate & Sit-Down Forklift Hours: M-F 7-4pm Pay: $15-18 depending on experience. Key Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate & Sit-Down Forklift Receiving and Storing Goods: <ul><li>Unloading incoming shipments from trucks or trailers.</li><li>Verifying product quantities and types against shipping documents.</li><li>Placing goods in designated storage locations within the warehouse.</li><li>Ensuring proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.) are maintained.</li></ul> Inventory Management: <ul><li>Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels using computer systems.</li><li>Participating in inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.</li><li>Identifying and reporting discrepancies in inventory.</li></ul> Order Fulfillment: <ul><li>Picking and packing customer orders based on shipping instructions.</li><li>Preparing goods for shipment, including labeling and packaging.</li><li>Loading goods onto trucks or trailers for delivery.</li></ul> Warehouse Operations: <ul><li>Operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.</li><li>Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.</li><li>Following safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.</li></ul> Other Duties: <ul><li>Assisting with other warehouse tasks as needed, such greeting customers when they arrive to pick up orders, making sure they have received all items on the order</li><li>Must be able to work in extremely fast paced conditions.</li><li>May assist with loading and unloading of trucks, as well as performing other duties as assigned by management.</li></ul> Skills and Qualifications of the Warehouse Associate & Sit-Down Forklift <ul><li>Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.</li><li>Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately track inventory and follow procedures.</li><li>Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with other warehouse employees and customers.</li><li>Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others.</li><li>Computer Skills: Ability to use computer systems for inventory management and order fulfillment.</li><li>Safety Knowledge: Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and protocols.</li><li>Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is often preferred.</li><li>Fork Lift Experience required</li><li>HVAC Experience nice but not necessary</li></ul>

Job Summary Responsible for supporting warehouse operations by performing a variety of tasks including loading, unloading, order picking, shipping, and material handling.
