SUMMARYWe are seeking an experienced, results-driven Packaging Sales Executive to represent the Corpus Christi/Brownsville/Harlingen/McAllen/South Padre, TX area. This packaging machinery leader specializes in food packaging equipment, co-packing service, and packaging materials. This role will give you the opportunity to develop and execute custom packaging solutions with customers on a local and national level. Apply here to learn more and get started!RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Achieve sales and gross profit goals set by the company.</li><li>Cultivate new sales through networking, cold calling, and digital marketing. In turn, developing relationships with prospective accounts, closing on opportunities with prospects turning them into customers. This includes maintaining continuous growth within existing accounts.</li><li>Demonstrates B2B sales expertise including a sense of urgency when addressing customer inquiries and closing sales.</li><li>Responsible for responding to web leads throughout the US, utilizing video meeting platforms and/or phone meetings to continue the sales process to closing.</li><li>Maintain all customer files accurately and deliver samples as necessary.</li><li>Help drive a positive experience with all you encounter, including, but not limited to coworkers, customers, and suppliers.</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Bachelor's degree </li><li>Industry experience selling packaging solutions: packaging machinery equipment, packaging films and materials: (high speed packaging lines, shrink film, shrink bundling film, stretch film, pouches, case sealing tape, labels, strapping material corner boards, roll bags, wicket bags, folding cartons, clamshells, blisters, shipping cases)</li><li>Capacity to work independently.</li><li>Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs.</li><li>The ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, suppliers, and customers.</li><li>Strong negotiation and relationship development skills.</li><li>Deep understanding of customer relations and customer service.</li><li>Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!</li></ul>

Job Type: Full-time 
Pay Rate: Starting $12 per hour Job description:  Manages the daily flow of goods in and out of a business. Responsible for processing incoming deliveries, verifying contents against purchase orders, preparing and packaging outgoing shipments, and meticulously tracking inventory to ensure accuracy and supply chain efficiency.  <ul><li>Receiving: Unload, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies. Verify items against packing slips, invoices, or purchase orders. 
	</li><li>Shipping: Prepare outgoing orders by packing, sealing, and labeling materials according to company standards and carrier regulations. Generate necessary shipping documents like bills of lading (BOLs) and manifests. 
	</li><li>Inventory Management: Update Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track incoming and outgoing stock. Reconcile physical inventory counts with system records to prevent shortages or overstocking. 
	</li><li>Logistics & Coordination: Schedule carrier pickups, coordinate with freight companies, and route materials to the appropriate internal departments.
	</li><li>Safety & Compliance: Operate material handling equipment (such as forklifts or pallet jacks) safely. Maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

<ul><li>Education: A high school diploma or GED is generally required. Coursework in supply chain or logistics is a plus. 
	</li><li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer software (Excel, Google Workspace) and familiarity with digital inventory management software. Experience using Radio Frequency (RF) scanners is often preferred. 
	</li><li>Physical Abilities: Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and move heavy packages (often up to 50 lbs or more) frequently throughout the day.
	</li><li>Soft Skills: High attention to detail, excellent time management, and strong communication skills for interacting with carriers and internal staff.
