Lead cross-functional teams through development and transformation programs and drive problem resolution including all aspects of NPD, PLCM and product line optimization, S&OP and forecasting, product marketing / NPI, business growth and recovery, and improvement of profitability, OTD/P, Quality, NPD, and Inventory and related contract management. This is a critical role in the organization as Product Management owns and drives the strategy and performance of their product lines (‘book of business’) across the functions, customers, regions, technologies, and products of the entire organization.
