This is a hands-on role working with part preparation, masking, and packaging. No prior experience in powder coating is required—we provide training.If you’re someone who takes pride in doing things right, works well with your hands, and wants a stable full-time position, we’d like to talk to you.

Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do: Production / Masking (Pre-Coating):<ul><li>Apply tape, plugs, and caps to protect specific areas of parts before coating</li><li>Follow work orders, drawings, and instructions carefully</li><li>Inspect parts for cleanliness and defects before coating</li><li>Remove masking materials after coating</li></ul>Packaging & Shipping:<ul><li>Package finished parts to prevent damage during transit</li><li>Use materials such as foam, wrap, boxes, and pallets</li><li>Label and prepare orders for shipment</li><li>Assist with loading and unloading shipments</li><li>Perform final inspections before packaging</li></ul>General Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area</li><li>Follow all safety procedures and company standards</li><li>Work with the team to meet daily production goals</li><li>Perform basic quality checks on finished parts</li></ul>What We’re Looking For<ul><li>Reliable and consistent attendance</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to follow instructions and stay organized</li><li>Team-oriented mindset</li><li>Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs </li></ul>

You’ve likely spent a couple of years in a shipping or warehouse role and understand how important accuracy and timing are when it comes to getting orders out the door.

You’ve likely spent a couple of years in a shipping or warehouse role and understand how important accuracy and timing are when it comes to getting orders out the door. You’re comfortable using computers, working with shipping carriers, and moving materials throughout a facility. Most importantly, you’re someone who takes pride in doing things right and enjoys being part of a team that supports each other.<h2>What You’ll Be Doing</h2><ul><li> Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, both domestic and international, with a variety of transportation carriers </li><li> Using shipping and inventory software to track, prioritize, and route orders </li><li> Preparing and managing shipping documentation including pick slips, bills of lading, advanced shipping notices, and compliance paperwork </li><li> Directing the flow of packages from preparation through final shipment </li><li> Inspecting labels, barcodes, and completed orders to ensure accuracy </li><li> Packaging outgoing orders according to common carrier and international shipping requirements </li><li> Resolving issues related to shipments and delivery discrepancies </li><li> Ensuring compliance with company policies and shipping regulations </li><li> Assisting in evaluating new packaging materials and shipping systems </li><li> Using a forklift or tow motor to safely move materials throughout the facility </li><li> Picking and delivering parts from warehouse and cage areas to workstations according to work orders </li><li> Negotiating and coordinating shipping rates including LTL, truckload, small package, and international freight </li></ul><h2>What We’re Looking For</h2><ul><li> High school diploma or GED required </li><li> At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse shipping environment </li><li> Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications </li><li> Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification on the job </li><li> Valid driver’s license free from major infractions for occasional local deliveries </li><li> Strong communication skills for working with coworkers, vendors, and customers </li><li> Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment </li><li> Ability to read and write in English and perform basic math calculations </li><li> Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail </li></ul><h2>Physical Requirements</h2><ul><li> Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, 20 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds regularly </li><li> Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout warehouse, production, and office areas </li><li> Manual dexterity for handling materials, operating equipment, and performing repetitive motions </li><li> Visual acuity to inspect materials, labels, and equipment </li><li> Ability to sit for extended periods when performing computer work or driving company vehicles </li><li> Sufficient speech and hearing for frequent in-person and telephone communication </li></ul><h2>Work Environment</h2>Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to temperature fluctuations, noise, chemical odors, and moving equipment.
