Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Royalton, Vermont. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.61/hr. <h3>Description</h3> <div>Job Title: Logistics Technician</div><div>Department: Logistics Current Available Shift Schedule(s): 1st: 7:00am – 3:30pm | 8:00am– 4:30pm</div><div>Location: Charlestown, New Hampshire The Logistics Technician supports the safe and efficient flow of materials and chemicals throughout a regulated PCB fabrication environment. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, transferring, and shipping materials in accordance with facility procedures and regulatory requirements. The technician ensures accurate documentation, proper labeling, and inventory control to maintain compliance and operational readiness.</div> <h3>Job Details</h3> <div>Duties & Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) to move materials safely and efficiently.</li><li>Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials and chemicals, ensuring proper labeling and documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.</li><li>Identify, document, and report discrepancies, damages, or nonconforming materials to the Team Lead or Supervisor.</li><li>Perform receiving, shipping, and inventory transactions within the ERP system with a high level of accuracy.</li><li>Transfer and deliver materials and chemicals to designated storage areas, production lines, or day tanks following established handling procedures.</li><li>Prepare finished products for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and completing all required shipping documentation.</li><li>Lift, carry, and maneuver materials up to 70lbs (32kg) as part of routine job duties.</li><li>Package product for shipment and completes required paperwork.</li><li>Utilize available tools and resources to assist in troubleshooting material flow or inventory issues.</li><li>Follow established guidelines for safe material handling and utilizes proper personal protective equipment (eye protection, safety shoes, respirator etc), adhering to environmental, health & safety standards at all times.</li><li>Regular attendance is an essential job function of this position.</li></ul><div> </div><div>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</div><ul><li>Ability to read and comprehend written instructions (work orders, purchase orders, shipment documentation, etc.).</li><li>Ability to interpret SDS's and TDS's.</li><li>Motivated, results oriented, customer focused, with a high commitment to quality.</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and familiarity with ERP software</li><li>Working knowledge of safe material handling and inventory control practices.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.</li><li>Effective problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to learn new technology.</li><li>Good oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Be a team player and must work well with others.</li><li>Receptive to learning new skills and able to cross train in other departments.</li></ul><div> </div><div>Education & Experience:</div><ul><li>High school diploma, GED or equivalent. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, protective clothing, and respiratory protection, may be required in designated areas or when performing specific tasks. The ability to wear required respiratory protection is an essential function of the role. The position may require lifting up to 70 pounds (32 kg), manual dexterity, and the ability to safely operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
