The Operations Packaging Supervisor maintains a strong presence in the production environment, models expected behaviors, and partners closely with Production, Quality, Warehouse, Logistics, Maintenance, Engineering, and site leadership to maintain reliable packaging operations and consistent product flow. Redwood receives a wide variety of end-of-life batteries and battery-containing products, recovers critical minerals and other valuable materials, and transforms those materials into new battery materials and energy-storage products for customers.
