Execute procurement strategies and keep system data current Use SAP based purchasing tools to procure packaging needs Provide forecasts to suppliers and communicate frequently with approved suppliers Maintain accurate pricing, terms, and conditions for purchase orders Negotiation of all packaging portfolio Communicate with suppliers and maintain data accuracy within SAP Verify three-way Invoice matching to process invoices and resolve discrepancies Visit suppliers on an as needed basis Work closely with production, quality and research & development as needed to ensure high quality materials are available to support the current and future processes.
