We are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about patient care and thrive in fast-paced environments. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Administer emergency medical care and treatment to patients in pre-hospital settings.</li><li>Assess patients' conditions and provide appropriate interventions based on protocols.</li><li>Operate and maintain medical equipment and vehicles safely and efficiently.</li><li>Collaborate with other emergency responders to ensure effective patient transport and care.</li><li>Document patient care and treatment accurately and in a timely manner.</li><li>Participate in training and continuing education to maintain certifications and skills.</li><li>Provide compassionate support to patients and their families during emergencies.</li><li>Adhere to all safety and regulatory standards in emergency medical services.</li></ul>Requirements: <ul><li>Valid Maine AEMT or Paramedic certification and CPR/BLS certification.</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in emergency medical services preferred.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.</li><li>Ability to work in high-stress situations and make quick decisions.</li><li>Current driver's license with a clean driving record.</li><li>Knowledge of local emergency protocols and procedures.</li><li>Commitment to teamwork and community service.</li><li>Physical fitness to perform essential job functions and duties.</li></ul>About Us: Sacopee Rescue Unit Inc has been serving the Hiram, ME community for over 50 years, delivering exceptional emergency medical services with compassion and professionalism.
