p>o Serve as the primary liaison with King County EMS, participating in regular systemwide meetings and supporting quality improvement, policy implementation, and certification processes for all county paramedics across the five ALS agencies (Seattle Fire, Shoreline Fire, Redmond Fire, Bellevue Fire, and King County Medic One), while overseeing grand rounds, airway training, ACLS/PALS, and implementation of the Ongoing Training and Evaluation Program (OTEP) in partnership with County EMS Chiefs. The Associate Director position requires an ability to direct and manage multiple priorities, effectively analyze a range of educational situations, and make sound decisions using effective time management skills, good business acumen, and balanced administrative judgement.
