Position Summary:
<p style="margin:0px">The <strong>Parking Attendant</strong> is responsible for managing the daily operations and event day operations of the parking garage. The Parking Attendant will be the first point of contact in providing a memorable first impression for all guests and employees by providing direction and answering any questions guests may have.</p><p style="margin:0px"> </p><p style="margin:0px">This role will pay an hourly rate of $16.00. </p><p style="margin:0px"> </p><p style="margin:0px"><strong>Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching. </strong></p><p style="margin:0px"> </p><p style="margin:0px"><strong>This position will remain open until August 21, 2026.</strong></p>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Control/monitor entrance and exit of all guests and employees in and out of the parking garage</li><li>Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering excellent customer service</li><li>Be familiar with the ParkMobile app and other applicable software </li><li>Address all problems and concerns in a timely manner</li><li>Keep all traffic flowing both in and out of the parking lots</li><li>Monitor parking lots for safety and security of guests, employees and vehicles</li><li>Provide guests with directions and other venue information</li><li>Direct guests and employees to available parking spaces while maximizing the number of vehicles per lot</li><li>Direct guests on how to properly pay or use parking vouchers</li><li>Maintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shifts</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>Prior parking experience is strongly preferred but not required.</li><li>Maintain composure in stressful situations.</li><li>Ability to problem-solve efficiently.</li><li>Must be polite and friendly and possess excellent interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask.</li><li>Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.</li><li>Effective oral communication and writing skills.</li><li>Ability to lift heavy objects as needed.</li></ul>
