This role plays a key part in protecting member parking, enhancing curb appeal, and supporting club operations.Position Summary: O2 Fitness is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Parking Lot Attendant to ensure our parking lot is utilized by O2 Fitness members only while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming exterior environment. This role is essential in protecting our member parking, enhancing member experience and supporting overall club presentation.<div style="color:#222222"><div style="color:inherit">Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Monitor the O2 Fitness parking lot during assigned shifts.</li><li>Ensure parking spaces are used only by O2 Fitness members and guests.</li><li>Identify unauthorized vehicles parked in designated O2 spaces.</li><li>Follow established procedures to request towing for unauthorized vehicles when necessary.</li><li>Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with members and the public.</li><li>Pick up trash throughout the parking lot and surrounding exterior areas.</li><li>Blow debris from parking areas, sidewalks, and entryways.</li><li>Maintain clean sidewalks and exterior walkways to ensure a safe and inviting environment.</li><li>Communicate any parking or safety concerns to club leadership.</li><li>Help maintain a safe, clean, and orderly exterior environment.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Must be at least 18 years old.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to remain calm and professional in potentially confrontational situations.</li><li>Dependable and punctual.</li><li>Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.</li><li>Ability to walk, stand, and perform light physical labor for extended periods.</li><li>Ability to operate a leaf blower and perform basic exterior cleaning tasks.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous security, parking enforcement, facilities, or customer service experience is a plus.</li><li>Basic knowledge of towing procedures and property rules preferred.</li></ul>Compensation & Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay, $12-$14/hour.</li><li>Complimentary O2 Fitness membership.</li><li>Positive and supportive team environment.</li></ul></div></div>If you are dependable, observant, and take pride in keeping spaces clean and organized, we would love to hear from you.Apply today!
