This includes access control, video surveillance, intercom, and intrusion systems. Candidates with backgrounds in parallel industries such as IT/networking, electrical controls, HVAC, or robotics are also strongly encouraged to apply.<hr/><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Program access control, video, and parking control systems</li><li>Install and troubleshoot field equipment (readers, cameras, alarms, control panels, etc.)</li><li>Plan and manage projects from start to finish</li><li>Direct and coordinate onsite subcontractors</li><li>Deliver projects on schedule and within budget</li><li>Perform quality assurance testing and gain final project acceptance from the customer</li><li>Provide end-user training to maximize customer satisfaction</li><li>Carry out all work in a safe, professional, and courteous manner</li></ul><hr/><h3>Skills:</h3><ul><li>Solid understanding of computer software, electronic hardware, low-voltage wiring, and relay logic</li><li>High mechanical aptitude</li><li>Strong fundamentals in project management and team coordination</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills</li><li>Strong communication skills with a focus on keeping all stakeholders informed</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word</li><li>Comfortable working at heights up to 25' using ladders or lifts</li><li>Willingness to perform physical tasks such as pulling cable and mounting devices on various surfaces</li></ul><hr/><h3>Other Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Strong work ethic and safety-focused mindset</li><li>Valid driver's license</li><li>Pre-employment drug screen and background check required</li></ul><hr/><h3>Job Type:</h3>Full-timePay: $22+ per hour DOE<hr/><h3>Benefits:</h3><ul><li>Vacation and PTO accruing from your first day</li><li>Health, Vision, Dental, and Life Insurance</li><li>401K with up to 4% company match</li><li>Company vehicle for project use</li><li>Company-provided phone & laptop</li><li>A supportive culture focused on your development and growth</li></ul>
