This role is highly visible and customer-facing, requiring a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to assist patrons with parking-related needs. </div><br/><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><br/><ul><li>Provide a welcoming and professional experience to all customers and visitors </li><li>Greet and assist patrons with parking directions, payment options, and general inquiries </li><li>Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance with facility rules and regulations </li><li>Issue parking citations or warnings when necessary, following company policies </li><li>Respond promptly and courteously to customer concerns, complaints, or service requests </li><li>Assist with traffic flow during peak hours, special events, or emergencies </li><li>Perform basic facility checks (e.g., signage visibility, cleanliness, equipment functionality) </li><li>Report hazards, incidents, or maintenance issues to management </li><li>Utilize parking systems or handheld devices as required </li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly parking environment </li><li>Represent the organization positively and professionally at all times </li></ul><div><br/></div><br/><h3>Skills, Knowledge and Expertise</h3><br/><ul><li>Strong customer service and interpersonal skills </li><li>Previous customer service, hospitality, or parking experience </li><li>Basic computer or mobile device proficiency </li><li>Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with diverse audiences </li><li>Ability to follow written and verbal instructions </li></ul><div><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong> </div><ul><li>Must be at least 18 years of age  </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred </li><li>Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct </li><li>Must successfully pass a background check, in accordance with company policy and applicable laws </li><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation verifying eligibility, as required by the Department of Homeland Security. Overview:
<p style="margin:0px">The <strong>Parking Lot Attendant</strong> will have primary responsibility for providing event parking lot support and operation of the Lexington Sporting Club's parking lots. Additional duties will include lot maintenance, general security of the parking lots and passing on directions and information regarding the lot to patrons/guests.</p><p style="margin:0px"> </p><p style="margin:0in 0in 6.75pt 0in">This role will pay an hourly rate of $16.00-$18.00.</p><p style="margin:0px"><strong>Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching.</strong></p><p style="margin:0px"> </p><p style="margin:0px"><strong>EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.</strong></p>

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
<ul><li>Superior customer service.</li><li>Previous experience in a similar parking role a plus.</li><li>High School Diploma or GED preferred.</li><li>Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.</li><li>Possess high standards of integrity, creditibility, and reliability.</li></ul>
