Under the general supervision of the Parking Enforcement Manager, the Lead Parking Representative works as the field lead and performs duties including assisting in training, delegating and assigning tasks to the Senior Parking Representatives, and performing routine reviews ensuring all policies and procedures are followed as directed. Transportation and Parking Services (TAPS) supports the University's mission by providing access to UC Santa Cruz, acting as fiscal stewards, and managing the sustainable planning, design, and operation of safe and equitable bicycle/pedestrian programs, transit services, parking, and other transportation-related needs.
