Job Summary Performs all duties that relate to incoming and outgoing telephone calls. Greets and screens all individuals whom are visiting the plant. Responsible for processing all outgoing mail. Responsible for current vendor files. Responsible for scanning and attaching of vendor invoices.Essential Duties & Responsibilities 1. Answer telephone in a professional manner directing all calls to individuals accurately and efficiently. Takes messages when calls cannot be placed with person requested. Redirects callers or provides necessary information when needed such as emails or directions. 2. Performs greeting functions when a Company guest or visitor arrives at the main entrance of the facility. Responsible for distribution of all visitor badges and completing of non-compete agreement. 3. Processes all outgoing mail and assures that proper postage has been placed on individual items. All morning outgoing mail is to be given to the mailman. 4. Process all incoming mail. General mail is to be opened and stamped with the date that it arrived at the facility. The mail is to be sorted and placed in employee’s mailbox. 5. Enter invoices into the DelMeia Works system. 6. Responsible to scan, attach, and file all AP invoices. 7. Maintains files for all open and closed accounts payable invoices. 8. Maintain accurate records of visits, interactions, and partnership activities</li><li>Tailor messaging and strategy based on US Fertility service differentiators, knowledge of territory, and evolving market factors</li><li>Drive annual territory competitive analysis. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategies and identify growth opportunities</li><li>Work closely with US Fertility physicians to establish individual account strategy & target accounts</li><li>Maintain up-to-date records and contact information for each provider account in Salesforce</li><li>Monitor referral volume and tailor strategy and prioritize activity based on data. Able to interpret reporting and find data-driven insights to drive actions</li><li>Leverage industry partners and local employers as applicable to enhance referrals, expand reach, and grow brand awareness</li><li>Work with the marketing team to design and deliver territory-specific provider collateral tailored to local needs</li><li>Deliver weekly activity reports and monthly expense reports. Manage field territory budget</li><li>Be prepared to speak to referral results and trending at quarterly director/physician meetings</li><li>Maintain professional, fertility and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks</li></ul>What You’ll BringWe’re looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.Qualifications and Skills Include:<ul><li>BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Liberal Arts & Sciences</li><li>2 years experience in medical/service sales preferred</li><li>Women’s healthcare pharmaceutical sales preferred</li><li>Must live within geography of responsibility or within reasonable driving distance</li><li>Time and territory management skills. Familiarity with local market and health systems</li><li>Strong technical skills – Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, Salesforce, Power BI.
