Manages, directs, and supervises the activities of professional staff and consultants in performing a full range of program management functions for the OMF program with projects of various scope, size, and complexity including direction of the development and implementation of integrated program management and control (cost and scheduling) tools, techniques, and methods for establishing, measuring, monitoring, controlling, and reporting progress and performance of the program; represents the operational perspective throughout the project development lifecycle and is responsible for identifying, communicating, and resolving operations and maintenance (O&M) interface issues before they affect service delivery, safety, cost, or long term reliability; partners with Operations Department leadership and subject matter experts to identify potential operational and maintenance issues, coordinate technical input, and support timely decision making. Working under general direction provides senior level support for the Capital Delivery Departments (Team 1) OMF Program and serves as the primary point of coordination between Operations, Maintenance, and Capital Delivery teams to ensure that operational and maintainability requirements are fully integrated into the planning, design, construction, of capital projects.
