The primary purpose of this role is to provide financial leadership and expertise in managing key areas of health plan accounting, including monthly entries, IBNR estimations, financial reporting, and audit processes. Owns the end-to-end month-end close for health plan accounting, including the booking of medical expense reserves, revenue accruals (including RAF), capitation, and related reconciliations across the company’s payer partners.
