The Converting Lead directs the day-to-day activities of the converting department crew on an assigned shift, ensuring safe, efficient, and quality operation of Flexo Folder Gluer (FFG), Rotary Die Cutter (RDC), and other converting machine centers. With two integrated pulp and paper mills in Rumford, Maine and Biron, Wisconsin, a packaging plant in Sturtevant, Wisconsin, and two sheeting facilities in Langhorne, Pennsylvania and Fairmont, West Virginia, the ND Paper family produces nearly one million tons of products annually.
