DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Manages, supervises, instructs, supports, and provides guidance to assigned individuals served in accordance with the individual's support plan, and works daily toward the designated outcomes while continuously emphasizing community integration in all activities, functions, and aspects of life, including but not limited to: personal healthcare. Responsibilities: Elwyn seeks a Group Home Counselor to provide supervision, guidance, instruction, and/or skill building to assigned individuals supported within the individual's residence and/or assigned program site regarding daily living activities, health, safety, well-being, vocational activities, and interaction with others.
