Required Qualifications: Active RN licensure or Compact license, BLS certification (American Heart Association), NIHSS certification preferred (must be completed prior to end of orientation), 1-2+ years of general Medical Surgical experience including venipuncture and Cardizem administration, experience with ports, Foley/straight catheters, and stable drips. This position involves floating responsibilities across various units including observation, cardiac, medical, surgical, ortho/neuro, inpatient rehab, and transitional care, providing versatile clinical support within the healthcare organization.
