As a fully insured and licensed medical home health care agency, we offer a wide range of home health care services to families in Middlesex, Atlantic, Gloucester, Warren, Camden, Monmouth, Passaic, Morris, Hudson, Bergen, Burlington, Somerset, Sussex, Ocean, Mercer, Cape May, Cumberland, Union, Essex, Hunterdon, Salem Counties . The RN will be responsible for completing initial assessments and reassessments, developing and revising plans of care, reviewing medication documentation, updating Medication Administration Records based on current prescriber orders, conducting supervisory visits, training caregivers and DSPs, and monitoring individuals’ health and safety.
