You will identify opportunities, shape solutions, and lead initiatives that improve processes, enhance system capabilities, and support scalable growth across the organization. You will be expect to:<ul><li>Partner with Business Process Owners across Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Project Management, and Production to understand challenges and identify improvement opportunities</li><li>Lead the design, testing, and deployment of system and process enhancements across ERP and CRM platforms</li><li>Translate business needs into functional requirements and scalable technical solutions</li><li>Drive alignment between business processes and system capabilities to improve efficiency and data integrity</li><li>Lead or support ERP integrations for newly acquired companies, including:</li><li><ul><li>Process standardization</li><li>Data migration coordination</li><li>Cross-functional alignment</li><li>System deployment into IFS Cloud ERP</li></ul></li><li>Act as a subject matter expert for system capabilities, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Independently manage projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timelines and business outcomes are achieved</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions</li></ul>This is a high-impact, senior-level position—not an entry or mid-level role. You’ll be expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, influence decision-making, and drive meaningful change across a growing, acquisition-focused organization.The skills, education and experience you need:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business systems analyst or functional ERP/CRM support role preferably in manufacturing</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with IFS Cloud ERP and Salesforce CRM</li><li>Proven experience leading or supporting ERP implementations or post-acquisition integrations</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication abilities</li><li>Demonstrated ability to independently drive initiatives from concept through deployment</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams, and Visio or similar tools</li><li>Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities</li><li>Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable operating with minimal direction</li></ul>Answering your questions:When you are considering a new job, it is normal to have a ton of questions.
