As we embark on our mission, we are actively seeking teammates who are eager to contribute to our legacy of eye excellence, a tradition that spans more than 50 years. Position Summary:As the Community Outreach Coordinator, you will play a vital role in continuing the development, maintenance, and growth of SightMD by coordinating and implementing practice outreach programs. You will serve as the provider advocate when representing SightMD to the optometric and referring provider network. Job Duties & Essential Functions:<ul><li>Build strong provider relationships within an assigned territory.</li><li>Maintain protocols for visiting established and new referring providers according to practice guidelines.</li><li>Assist in the coordination of continuing education functions, events for the community network, and community events.</li><li>Provide ongoing educational support to community providers in all areas of services and specialties provided by SightMD within compliance guidelines.</li><li>Coordinate and engage in business development events.</li><li>Maintain a robust database with pertinent information of all community providers.</li><li>Act as liaison between the community and SightMD with the ability to problem solve any issues that may arise.</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned.</li></ul> Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree. </li><li>Strong organizational, communication, presentation, written, verbal, and listening skills.</li><li>Ability to work a flexible schedule.</li><li>Above average customer service skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products.</li><li>Must hold valid Driver’s License
