We’re looking for a highly motivated and meticulous RV Detail Technician to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility is to ensure every sold RV is spotless and ready for delivery. Each day, you will review which units are scheduled for detailing and thoroughly clean each trailer from top to bottom. You will work primarily on sold units, including both new and older trade-ins, making sure each RV meets our high standards and provides an excellent first impression to customers. Key Objectives <ul><li>Deliver consistently high-quality cleaning and detailing to all assigned RVs. </li><li>Ensure every sold RV is ready for customer pickup or delivery on schedule. </li><li>Identify and report any damage or maintenance issues noticed during detailing. </li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. </li><li>Support the sales and service teams by providing well-prepared RVs that enhance customer satisfaction and brand reputation. </li></ul>Responsibilities <ul><li>Review the daily schedule to identify which RVs need detailing. </li><li>Clean interior and exterior surfaces thoroughly, including floors, windows, appliances, and upholstery. </li><li>Inspect each RV for any visible damage or maintenance needs and report findings to the service department. </li><li>Ensure all compartments, storage areas, and tanks are clean and free of debris. </li><li>Use proper cleaning chemicals and tools safely and efficiently. </li><li>Organize and maintain detailing equipment and supplies. </li><li>Communicate with sales and service teams about the status of detailed units. </li><li>Follow all safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment. </li></ul> What you’ll bring <ul><li>Ability to pass a background and drug test </li><li>Demonstrate alignment with the Company’s vision, mission, and core values in all interactions </li><li>Previous experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning is a plus but not required. </li><li>Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. </li><li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. </li></ul>Expected Results <ul><li>All sold RVs are delivered clean, polished, and ready for customer handover without delay. </li><li>High customer satisfaction rates due to the impeccable condition of delivered vehicles. </li><li>Prompt identification and communication of any defects or issues, minimizing delays in sales or service. </li><li>Efficient workflow that meets daily detailing schedules and supports dealership operations. </li><li>Maintained cleanliness and organization of the detailing area, ensuring a safe and productive environment. </li></ul>Resources <ul><li>Access to a full range of professional-grade cleaning supplies, detailing tools, and equipment. </li><li>Training on safe and effective use of chemicals and detailing products. </li><li>Support from the service and sales teams for coordination and information sharing. </li><li>Scheduled work plans and checklists to help organize daily tasks. </li><li>Clean, well-maintained workspace with designated storage for tools and supplies. </li><li>On-site supervisors and experienced staff available for guidance and troubleshooting. </li></ul>Who we are Bish’s RV is one of the largest family-owned RV dealers in the country. JOB OBJECTIVE SUMMARY:The Physical Therapist is a key associate at Hope Network whose primary responsibilities include: Provides physical therapy services as prescribed by consumer’s physician for adults and adolescents with head injuries, spinal cord injuries, chronic pain, general orthopedic rehabilitation needs, and/or neurological behavioral issues. Work with supervision according to Section 333.16109 of the Michigan Public Health Code ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:This is not intended to be an exhaustive listing of job functions.  This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by this employee.  The employee is required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties as assigned by management. <ol><li>Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of this position.</li><li>Conduct evaluations on consumers as requested by prescribing physicians.</li><li>Provide physical therapy services which may include: conducting evaluations and assessments, improving strength, balance, endurance, coordination, joint range of motion, muscle flexibility, movement patterns, gait of clients, designing and instructing in execution of, home exercise programs to client and direct care staff, prepare clinical treatment plans and progress notes for clients seen, arranging appropriate external supportive devices and mobility related equipment.</li><li>Provide regular training’s for direct care staff on general consumer transfers and gait exercises.</li><li>Consult with both direct care staff and professional team members, especially PTA’s and Aides, regarding treatment and consumer progress.</li><li>Conduct trainings, in-services, and participate in team meetings as assigned.</li><li>Participate in the development and implementation of the program TQO/Quality Improvement plan.</li><li>Monitor equipment in physical therapy department for needed repair or replacement.</li><li>Serve as a member of an interdisciplinary team for assigned clients. Participate in client goal development, coordination of services, and discharge planning/family education as needed.</li><li>Attend and verbally present at team meetings, clinical reviews and in-services.</li><li>Communicate clearly to team members and interested parties on the Progress, functional status, recommendations and needs of the consumer.</li><li>Familiarity with all departmental equipment, and ability to implement equipment according to consumer goals/needs.</li><li>Schedule clients weekly as prescribed and report to supervising therapist any changes in frequency, status and improvements as needed.</li><li>Participate in the orientation and training of new staff, student interns and volunteers as assigned by the supervisor.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ol>Educational / Talent Requirements:<ol><li>Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree from an accredited university or institution offering physical therapy curriculum</li><li>Licensure by examination to practice as a physical therapist</li><li>Member of the American Physical Therapy Association</li><li>One-year prior employment experience as a physical therapist</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work with consumers having special physical, emotional, social, behavioral and vocational needs as a result of neurological disability/TBI</li><li>Must be willing to work flexible hours on occasion – based on consumer needs</li><li>Demonstrated ability to design, implement, update and document consumer treatment programs</li><li>Ability to lift 50 pounds, complete transfers of consumers independently, bend, twist, and kneel to complete job responsibilities</li><li>Valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable according to HNRS policy</li><li>Ability to articulate and support the mission of HNRS to various audiences</li></ol> Work Experience Requirements:<ol><li>At least two years’ work experience with Adult Neurologically Disabled/TBI population</li></ol>
