Oversee financial and accounting close processes, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timeliness, manage staff at assigned plants/operations; garner team member engagement with a drive for results mentality, consolidate budgets (Annual Operational Plans), financial forecasts, and variance analyses for assigned manufacturing units Support ERP implementation phasing as assigned, and manage the tactical execution of short- and long-term financial objectives. Analyze and reconcile General Ledger accounts, identify and resolve discrepancies, generate reports as requested by the Controller or management, recommend economic and financial objectives for assigned business units, and leverage technology to create business result driving insights, and cost reduction opportunities.
