Plans, organizes, develops and directs all rehabilitative staff development programs, continuing education programs and policy and procedure implementation and adherence throughout each facility in accordance with current applicable federal, state, local and facility guidelines/regulations to ensure that the highest degree of treatment is maintained at all times. Participates in the education of nursing staff relative to range of motion, and activities of daily living working in cooperation with Associate Director of Nursing . for Quality and Education.
