HOUR

Assist in developing sales, maintaining productivity levels and providing superior customer service, while ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the store. Work as part of a team, following the directions of managers and supervisors, while adhering to the policies and procedures explained in the Employee Handbook.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Follow proper age verification policies.</li><li>Provide friendly assistance to customers and observe customer service policies.</li><li>Perform cash register operations and maintain the check-out, shopping cart and box storage areas.</li><li>Perform stocking, display-building and porter duties.</li><li>Follow injury prevention, safety training and security procedures.</li><li>Follow shipping and receiving procedures.</li><li>Develop knowledge of store products to better serve the customer.</li><li>Perform all duties as assigned by Store Management.</li></ul> Qualifications (Essential Job Functions): <ul><li>Must be 21 years of age.</li><li>Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays, as scheduled.</li><li>Ability to count cash and make change accurately.</li><li>Ability to operate business machines (scanners, computer keyboards, etc.).</li><li>Ability to pass any applicable alcohol training class and maintain a current certification card.</li><li>Ability to repeatedly lift 40-50 pounds.</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate with customers and managers.</li><li>Ability to follow directions and complete assignments.</li><li>Ability to write legibly.</li><li>Ability to read small type.</li><li>Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.</li><li>Ability to repeatedly walk up and down stairs.</li><li>Ability to work in cold areas.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Ability to work hours as scheduled.</li><li>Consistent and regular attendance.</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits:<ul><li>Part-Time Store Associates $16.25-$17.50 based on experience and availability </li><li>Binny's offers part-time employees generous benefits including a 401(k) plan with discretionary match, PTO time, paid sick time, paid holidays and an employee discount</li></ul>

As a Clinical Aide, you’ll provide vital non-clinical support that keeps clients engaged in treatment and helps prevent early discharges against medical advice (AMA). You’ll also act as a key connection between clients, therapists, and other providers, contributing to the overall success of each client’s recovery journey.Position Details:Reporting to: Clinical Supervisor Schedule: Part Time, Saturday-Sunday, (12:00pm - 8:30pm)  Location: Gilman, IL Compensation: 20- 22 hourly Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Foster a positive and therapeutic setting by engaging with clients, reinforcing program expectations, and modeling healthy behaviors.</li><li>Provide non-clinical support to clients in distress and quickly connect them with licensed therapists as needed.</li><li>Keep clients on track by offering encouragement, schedule reminders, and logistical support.</li><li>Shadow clinical staff to understand therapeutic approaches and program structure.</li><li>Co-facilitate psychoeducational and support groups alongside licensed clinicians by managing logistics and engaging clients.</li><li>Act as a communication link between therapists, the clinical team, and outside providers.</li><li>Assist Primary Therapists with scribing during sessions (when appropriate) and help maintain up-to-date client documentation under supervision.</li><li>Prepare session materials and organize client case files.</li><li>Enter non-clinical data into the electronic health record (EHR) system.</li><li>Support the team with general administrative tasks such as scanning, uploading, and filing documents.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High School Diploma/Equivalent or higher is required; Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is preferred.</li><li>One or more years of experience in substance use or mental health treatment settings is preferred; experience working with clients at detox and/or residential LOC is a plus.</li><li>CAP, CADC, or another addiction-related certificate is preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of professional boundaries in a therapeutic environment</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to stay calm and supportive in a fast-paced setting</li><li>Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team</li><li>Proficient in verbal and written communication</li></ul>Why Join Banyan Treatment Centers? This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people recovering from substance use and mental health issues.
