In lieu of a degree, 12+ years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, strategic sourcing, or a related field may be considered.8+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, buyer/planner, or supply chain roles; experience in industrial, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, machinery, or engineered products environments preferred. This role drives supplier performance, cost savings, inventory availability, and supply chain risk reduction while partnering cross-functionally to support production requirements, business initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
