Duties/Responsibilities:<ul><li>Responsible for all money on assigned table during a live game. Knowledge of other carnival games, Black Jack a must</li><li>Play house hands from behind a gaming table and deal appropriate number of cards out to players, while providing outstanding customer service</li><li>Compare players' hands with the house and determine winner</li><li>Exchange money for chips to be used in games</li><li>Conduct other gambling games such as dice, roulette, cards, or keno.</li><li>Inspect cards and gaming equipment to ensure compliance with gaming standards</li><li>Compute players' winnings and losses</li><li>Answer questions about game rules and variations</li><li>Confidentially notify manager of any suspicious or unusual activity and/or transactions in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Resolve disputes or arguments by conferring with Pit Supervisor</li><li>Entice players to sit at table and play</li><li>Prepare collection reports for submission to supervisors</li><li>PHYSICAL DEMANDSStanding, Hearing, Bending/Stooping, Observing, Turning. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations related to leasing apartments, conducting property tours, processing applications, and executing renewal strategies to maintain high levels of resident engagement.This is a part-time position. Pay range: $22.00 - $23.00 per hourKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Leasing & Marketing: Promote the apartment community, conduct tours, and implement outreach campaigns to drive traffic. Manage online listings and social media to increase visibility.</li><li>Lease Signing & Move-In Coordination: Facilitate applicant screenings, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins. Maintain accurate lease documentation.</li><li>Resident Satisfaction & Retention: Build relationships to encourage renewals, address concerns, and implement retention strategies.</li><li>Sales & Lead Generation: Convert leads into leases, meet leasing goals, and generate new prospects through events and follow-ups.</li><li>Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, assist in reporting, and support the Community Manager with lease renewals, resident files, and compliance with regulations.</li></ul> Who You Are: (Requirements of the Position)<ul><li>You have at least 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a sales environment or leasing property management role. </li><li>You have a passion for helping people find their ideal apartment home. </li><li>Goal Oriented.</li><li>You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple responsibilities, including leasing apartments, conducting tours, managing paperwork, and addressing resident needs.</li><li>You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and comfortable learning or knowing property management software like Yardi, MRI, or other leasing and property management systems.</li><li>You possess a friendly, energetic, and approachable personality that resonates with both prospective and current residents.</li><li>You are available to work weekends, which is essential for meeting the needs of potential residents and conducting tours during high-traffic hours.</li><li>You are physically able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.</li></ul>Why You'll Love Working Here: CONAM Management Corporation is more than just a job — it’s a career where you can grow and be recognized for your expertise in Property Management.
