Tucked away in scenic southern Oregon you will find Avamere Health Services of Rogue Valley. This facility has a friendly team of seven therapists across all disciplines. The building has an average census of 60-70, with about 29-35 skilled patients. Several staff members have over 30 years of experience in the industry. Serves as a patient and rehabilitation advocate for current and prospective patients, and to all internal and external customers.
