The Front of House Staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming environment, and supporting day-to-day café operations. This role involves taking orders, preparing beverages, handling cash, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold brand standards.Duties and Responsibilites:Customer Service Excellence <ul><li>Provide a warm, friendly, and professional experience for every guest.</li><li>Address customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and with a positive attitude.</li></ul>Order Taking & Cash Handling <ul><li>Accurately take and process customer orders.</li><li>Handle cash and card transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate accounting of sales.</li></ul>Beverage & Food Preparation <ul><li>Prepare beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.</li><li>Assist with food presentation and packaging, ensuring it meets quality standards.</li></ul>Maintenance of Cleanliness <ul><li>Keep the front-of-house area, including the counter, tables, and floor, clean and organized.</li><li>Ensure that all equipment is maintained and sanitized in compliance with food safety regulations.</li></ul>Inventory & Stock Management <ul><li>Monitor stock levels of consumables (cups, napkins, etc.) and report shortages.
