The program, located at Nexus' Walden Crossing, is a secure residential location, providing high staff to youth ratios as well as 24/7 nursing, recreational and therapeutic professionals, psychiatric services, and an array of other types of therapies as indicated. Maintains and stay up to date with trainings and certifications (i.e., online trainings, internal and external in-person trainings, CPR certification, nursing license, first aid and safety, medication administration, and infection control etc.
